OUR FIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All bookings requests should be sent to us by fax or email and booking confirmation will be sent back to you within 24 hours
(excluding weekends and public holidays). Longer response time may be required for certain hotels. We can advise you if this is the case.

VISA SUPPORT RUSSIA
We will provide a Visa Support Letter for your client for confirmed bookings. In order to issue this letter, we need the full name, nationality, passport number, expiry date and date of birth for each passenger. We do not charge for this service in Russia or Ukraine, when hotel is booked with us (USD 25 charged for vsl if you cancle hotel). Other CIS countries do incur a charge of 25 USD per letter.

VOUCHERS
We will send you the voucher which must be presented by the client. Please ask us if you wish to produce your own voucher.

VISA SERVICE
For agents and tour operators in the UK, we can provide a full visa service. Please contact us for details.

PAYMENT
Full payment for confirmed services must be made prior to guest’s arrival at the hotel. Payment may be made by credit card (+2%), or bank transfer with all charges at remitter’s expense. Failure to pay in full in advance may result in cancellation of services.

CANCELLATION POLICY
*Notification of amendments or cancellation must be sent to Asla in writing at least two working days prior to date of first service to ensure no penalty arises. IMPORTANT: Your cancellation is not valid until you receive our acknowledgement of same in writing.
Cancellation received within 2 working days of arrival will incur a one-night cancellation charge.
* Some hotels may have individual cancellation terms - these are shown with the prices.

LATE ARRIVAL/NO SHOW
Clients who fail to arrive without prior notification of cancellation will be charged the first 24 hours of all services booked (to include hotel, drivers, guides, transfers and excursions prices).
Train tickets / Theatre Tickets / Entrance fees are Non refundable once they have been confirmed

TRANSFERS
For arrival transfers our driver will wait for two hours only. Late arrival and no show will be charged at full rate - we do not accept responsibility for verifying arrival times. Clients on delayed flights may contact our local office for alternative arrangements to be paid for locally.

In all cases prices are correct at the time of publication but are subject to reconfirmation at time of booking.
