Job Description
- Organization and coordination of tours (accommodation and other travel services) of incoming individual clients
- Communication with clients (by phone or e-mail)
- Constant work with web based databases
- Invoicing
Job Requirements
- Fluent spoken English
- Perfect English grammar skills
- Computer literacy is required (Microsoft Office)
- Second language (any European or Japanese/Turkish) is strongly welcomed
- Knowledge of the tourism sphere is desirable but not obligatory

- Overseeing all internet sales for 'your' country (Czech Republic or Poland)
- Responding to local enquiries for travel to destinations worldwide
- Assessing and reporting on local market developments
- Development of relationship with local suppliers in 'your' country (Czech Republic or Poland)
Key Attributes of Successful Candidate
- 1-2 years travel industry or hotel background
- Reliable, hard working and highly motivated
- Fluent English speaker plus one other major European language (German preferred for Poland)
- Good IT skills (Word, Eexcel, Email)
- Ideally some database knowledge although this will be taught
- Ability to travel as required
Salary
Salary according to age and relevant experience.
