Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Cancellations:
High Season (09 July - 08 August & 23 December - 01 January) cancellations between 29 and 8 days will be charged 50% of the total stay. Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total stay.
Low & Mid Season (all other dates) cancellations between 14 and 5 days prior to check in will be charged 50% of the total stay. Cancellations within 4 days will be charged 100% of the total stay.

Overview - El Casco Art Hotel

Accommodation - El Casco Art Hotel

There are just 33 rooms in the El Casco, one of the most innovative in South America and the only hotel in Bariloche to offer air conditioning in ever room.
Bustillo Studios have a mountain view, a choice of king size bed or two single beds, bathroom, air conditioning, plasma TV, DVD, music equipment.
Nahuel Studios are large rooms of 45 square metres, with either king size or two single bed, bath and walk in shower, air conditioning, plasma TV, music equipment, desk and views of Lake Nahuel Huapi only 40 metres away. Two of the studios on the first floor have a private terrace. There is a studio for disabled persons is available on the Ground Floor.
The Nahuel Corner Suites - these are Junior suites of 52 square metres with king size bed or two single beds, they have the same facilities as the Nahuel Studios.
Suite Quiros & Suite Soldi include bedroom and living room, bath and walk in shower and a jacuzzi for two. Plasma TVs in the bedroom and living room, music equipment, DVD desk and view of Lake Nahuel Huapi.

Bars and Restaurants

The hotel’s 70-seat restaurant overlooks the lake and specializes in gourmet cuisine, painstakingly prepared by an acclaimed executive chef.
Cocktail and wine selection is also an art at this beautiful Patagonian hotel, boasting more than 600 bottles from Argentina’s best wineries along with the finest imported champagne.
The Wine Bar is decorated with 15 works by Ernesto Bertani. It provides an ideal setting for private social events and dinners.
The Cava has 600 bottles from the best national wineries; imported champagne labels are also available. Guests can select their wine with the help of our sommelier and the Cocktail menu is totally original, the result of months of work by our bartender Renato Giovanoni, who created 20 new drinks which make reference to the artists and their particular pictorial styles.

Other Facilities
