The luxurry Cavas Wine Lodge, a Relais & Chateaux Hotel, is nestlled in a 35 acre vineyard, strategically located between the best known wineries and the magnificent Andes Mountain range. Cavas is one of the most charming wine lodges, due to the beauty of the landscape and the quality and variety of the vineyards. At the foot of the Andes, Cecilia Diaz Chuit and Martin Rigal have created a splendid hotel built in a Spanish colonial style and devoted to the joys of wine. In the rooms, the spa and the Arabian feel of the patios, the burgundy coloured cushions, paintings and pottery are a constant reminder of what the place is all about. Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Torrontes, Malbec, Bonarda Tempranillo and other exceptional wines grace the hotel’s cellar. Cheers!

At Cavas Wine Lodge’s we are convinced that the best-tasting food is organically grown and harvested in ways that are ecologically sound.
The menu changes every 3 months, designed to be appropriate to the season and composed to show off the finest ingredients obtainable.
The restauran is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Sunday, by reservation only.
Lunch served from 11:30 am, dinner starting 7 pm.
We welcome children over 12 years of age.
