Overview - Olinda Othon Classic

The architecture of the 3 star Olinda Othon Classic is one of the highlights of this hotel, located at the heart of Copacabana Beach. Its environment takes us back to the Rio de Janeiro of the 1940s combined with all the comfort of modern technology can provide. Most of our apartments have ocean view and some of them have comfortable verandas. The apartments are spacious and can comfortably accomodate up to three guests.The hotel was fully refurbished in 2006.

While the atmosphere of our hotels offers a pleasant return to the past, our facilities are up-to-date. Modern technology ensures safety, security and comfort. Our rooms are air- conditioned and have cable television, telephones, mini-bars, safes, room service and laundry.

Olinda Othon Classic and the California Othon Classic are two of our classic hotels. Nestled on Copacabana Beach, these hotels preserve the prestige and treasures present at the time in which they were constructed. Clearly highlighting fixtures present during the 1940s and the 1950s, you’ll find carrara marble lobbies, Art Nouveau furniture and verandas with sea views -- and these are only some of the features. Beautiful scenery and excellent explain why these hotels have been attracting a steady streams of international visitors for more than half of a century.

Accommodation - Olinda Othon Classic

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, direct telephone lines, cable TV with remote control, a vault, a mini-bar, room service and laundry. Most of our rooms have an ocean view and some offer comfortable verandas for your enjoyment. These spacious rooms can comfortably accommodate up to three guests.
Standard rooms are gorgeous and offer many of the amenities these hotels are known for. These rooms do not have ocean views.
Deluxe rooms and suites are also available.
Recently renovated and updated, some of these rooms offer a distinctly beautiful view of the Copacabana Beach.

Restaurants and Bars

The Venezia is our on-site restaurant. Not only will you enjoy delicious food, but you’ll dine in style. The restaurant can accommodate up to 70 guests, and offers a spacious and refined environment. With grace and classic style, The Venezia has plenty to offer.
