Cancellation Terms

In Chile, tourists are exempt from paying taxes upon presentation of their passport during check-in. In case of no shows or cancellations within 5 days of departure, 19% IVA local tax will be charged.

Overview - Rugendas Hotel, Santiago

The 3 star Rugendas Hotel, probably the first boutique style hotel in Chile, was designed with customer comfort as the main priority. The hotel is well located in the residental neighbourhood, Las Condes - close to restaurants, banks, clubs, Embassies and a few minutes walk from the subway station El Golf. The hotel is 30 minutes from the International airport and less than one hour from the main ski centres and from the Pacific Ocean coast.
The rooms are warm and well appointed and the hotel has well equiped meeting rooms and a functional business centre. The hotel is named in honour of the famous German painter, Juan Mauricio Rugendas who travelled round Chile between 1834 and 1844 and his paintings of Chilean folklore decorate the many of the walls in the hotel.
