The Alchymist Grand Hotel & Spa is a 5 star luxury boutique hotel right in the heart of the Lesser Town, very near the Castle.
The hotel is housed in a 500 year old building and is a UNESCO listed historical building call the U Jezisek Palace - the house of the Child Jesus. Carefully chosen antique furniture and decorations lend to the atmosphere of this special place too.
The hotel has a fine dining restaurant called the Alchymist Aquarius Restaurant, there is a cafe an Asian Spa and a Sushi Bar too.

There are just 46 beautifully furnished rooms and there is a choice of Deluxe Rooms and Junior Suites.

Private marble bathroom with shower, tub and bidet. Sizes vary from 25 up to 33 square metres or 270 to 350 square feet.
Junior Suites are warmly decorated and offer a sitting area, air-conditioning, plasma TV with premium channels, DVD and CD player, safe, mini-bar and high speed internet access. Private marble bathroom with shower, tub and bidet. Sizes vary from 40 up to 53 square metres or 430 to 570 square feet.
Bars & Restaurants
Aquarius Restaurant features an eclectic array of Mediterranean culinary experiences in an intimate setting. You may also taste traditional Czech dishes or indulge with the Sushi menu. Every Saturday guests are delighted by engaging live jazz music.
Barocco Vaneziano Café
This unique and delightful petite café, adorned with stucco-work and period paintings, is a real joy both for the eye and for the palate. It is renowned for its wide selection of coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cakes and home made chocolate pralines. It symbolizes the romantic spirit of the best Venetian traditions, taken to Prague during the period of Casanova.
The Lobby Bar Babilonia is an ideal place for pre-dinner drinks or a digestive after a delicious dinner. A wide range of cocktails and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is available and it is worth trying our extensive collection of famous cognacs, whiskies, brandies and Cuban cigars.

The Alchymist Grand Hotel and Spa is proud to offer one of its historical Gothic halls as a unique venue for your meeting, incentive or private dinner party. Located on the ground floor with natural daylight, the Hunting Gallery Meeting room has a capacity of up to 30 persons. Two additional meeting rooms can accommodate up to 90 persons, while the inner garden offers an intimate location for coffee breaks and cocktail parties.
Crystal Room
Brand new and unique place for your meeting, incentive or private dinner party, wedding, confenence, fashion show, cocktail with high- tech multimedia equipment. Located on the first floor with natural daylight and terrace, the Crystal Room has a capacity of up to 100 persons. Multifunctional area for separated coffee breaks, bar, buffett tables, welcome drinks etc.
