Overview - SPA Hotel Rüütli

The 3 star SPA Hotel Saaremaa Valss carries with it the tradition of mud therapy in Saaremaa. Its therapy wing was founded in 1978, and the hotel was thoroughly renovated in 1997. The cosy Saaremaa Valss Spa Hotel with its home-like atmosphere is a good choice for those clients who like to enjoy their holiday in quiet but beautiful surroundings.
Saaremaa Valss Spa Hotel is also unique due to it having its very own mineral water, which is pumped in the hotel complex from a depth of 502 metres. Each litre of mineral water contains 2.1 grams of minerals and micro-elements which are invaluable for your body. You can use this remarkable mineral water for treatment purposes and as a fast and efficient thirst-quencher.

Accommodation - SPA Hotel Rüütli

The spa hotel complex includes the hotel wing with rooms on four floors, plus the therapy centre and the sports centre. The hotel has places for 150 people in 75 rooms, there are 67 double rooms nine of them with double beds, 7suites one of them with a sauna and there is one room for disabled people. The rooms have an en-suite bathroom, TV, radio and telephone. There is also the possibility of having an extra bed installed.
All prices include breakfast, use of morning sauna and swimming pool.

Restaurants and Bars

Restaurant "Kuurort" is located on the second floor of Spa-Hotel Saaremaa Valss and is designed for hotel guests. The restaurant has 90 seats, it has a cosy interior and friendly service and offers lunch and dinner.

On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays there is dance music and an entertainment program. The banquet hall with 40 seats can be used for more private events.

Shop-Cafe is situated on the First floor of the Therapy Department of Spa-Hotel Saaremaa Valss and it is an ideal spot to have a coffee and cake break after refreshing therapy procedures. Shop-Cafe is open daily at 09:00 - 22:00

THERAPY SERVICES
The completely refurbished health centre has a large mud cure department, which is supplied all year round from the mud pools built into the cellar. In addition, pearl baths with different herbal oils are on offer, as is underwater massage, carbonic baths and other water treatment procedures. One part of the treatment is exercise, both in the gym and in the pool, either in a group or individually. Better results are provided by different kinds of electropathy, laser, magnet and ultrasound therapy, ozocerite therapy, cellulite, and inhalations. The skilled hands of the in-house masseurs have turned massage into one of the most popular kinds of treatment at the centre. A new method of treatment is art therapy, which gives you the chance of making a china cup, a glass picture, or a silk scarf for yourself or your friends or relatives. This method gives you the chance to think about your inner world, to express yourself. In addition, the spa hotel offers the option of visiting a dental therapy centre.

WELLNESS & BEAUTY
At Saaremaa Valss Spa Hotel you can enjoy modern body treatments (Matis Spa, Phytomer), all personalized to suit the client’s needs. There are also cosy salons where clients can enjoy the services of hairdressers and specialists with up-to-date professional training in facial, hand and foot care.

Other Facilities

You are offered the opportunity of using the sauna, the swimming pool, the gym, the bowling alley and the conference hall for 24 people. The hall is equipped with all the necessary facilities. Visitors can dine in the Kuurort Restaurant, which can seat 90 people. Bar services are also on offer.
In addition, clients can make full use of several services: a doctor’s consultation, the drug store, a combined shop and café, transfer, car rental, excursions, sauna, gym, water aerobics, internet and money exchange, etc.

Kuressare mud resort

Spa Hotel Meri is part of a group of four hotels in the Kuressaare mud resort and clients are very welcome to use the facilities at the sister hotels of Spa Hotel Ruutli, Spa Hotel Meri and Guesthouse Merineitsi.
Kuressaare mud resort started its actual operation already in 1964. The resort has always aimed at offering the visitors the best treatment and enjoyable leisure. Today the friendly health resorts, the most modern in Baltic countries, are welcoming the visitors.
The Spa-Hotel Meri was opened in the end of the year 2000. The new building is located on the beautiful promenade close to Kuressaare town park and yacht harbour. In the Spa-Hotel Meri there are several new and effective therapy procedures available for the visitors, and different possibilities for leisure activities.

In December 2002 a totally new type of Spa-Hotel Rüütli was opened, located close to Kuressaare medieval Bishopric Castle, Town Park and seaside promenade. Rüütli offers high-quality hotel and medical services, a water centre with different attractions, swimming pools and saunas - you can spend your holidays in an exciting and healthy way.
