The seaside Tervise Paradiis Hotel can accommodate 244 people in standard double and twin rooms, suites with sauna, family rooms, rooms for the disabled and rooms clients with allergies.
Standard Rooms - There are non-smoking single and twin rooms with all conveniences.The rooms have a shower, a toilet, a direct dial phone, a TV, dressing gowns, a hair dryer, and for an extra charge a minibar, mini-safe and Internet connection. The rooms have a superb view of the sea.
Suite - The suites have a sauna and are especially luxurious. All suites have a living room, a sleeping room and a sauna, spacious balconies and a resting area with a comfortable couch. The rooms have an air-conditioner, a shower, a toilet, a direct dial phone, a TV, a trouser press, dressing gowns, slippers, a hair dryer and Internet connection for free. A minibar and a mini-safe will be charged extra.
The balcony has a beautiful view of the sea. The suites are non-smoking and suit guests with allergies.
Family Room - For families with children there are Tervise Paradiis family rooms. Spacious family rooms have a shower, a toilet, a direct dial phone, a TV, dressing gowns, a hair dryer and for an extra charge a minibar, mini-safe and Internet connection as well. All rooms have a balcony and a superb view of the sea. All rooms are non-smoking.
Disabled Rooms - In furnishing the rooms for the disabled and providing an exit to the balcony we have taken into account the special needs of people with physical disabilities. All public rooms of Tervise Paradiis are accessible to guests using wheelchairs.

Restaurants and Bars

The plentiful breakfast in our buffet restaurant includes traditional breakfast dishes as well as special healthy components. There are several cosy places for enjoying your lunch or dinner in Tervise Paradiis. The chefs of Tervise Paradiis give their best to offer you pleasant experiences in our restaurants and cafés.
For instance, you can choose between the bar with a romantic view of the sea or the fast food restaurant. Special treats wait for you in our à la carte restaurant.
The à la carte or spa restaurant is situated on the 1st floor of Tervise Paradiis. This restaurant with a superb view of the sea enchants you with delicious food and a fine selection of wines.
The à la carte restaurant seats 72 guests.
Live music starting from 20:00 on Friday and Saturday nights helps create the right mood.
The Romantic Bar on the 8th floor of Tervise Paradiis has a most beautiful view of the sea! It offers an excellent opportunity for enjoying the sunset and having a cocktail. Live music at 19.00-22.00 on Wednesday nights helps create the right mood.
The bar seating 50 guests is also suitable for celebrating important dates and company events.
The Aqua Bar is located on the 2nd floor of Tervise Paradiis. The uniqueness of the bar lies in the fact that you enjoy refreshing drinks with your feet in water one side of the bar is open to the water park. The bar has 50 seats, 24 of them in the water park.
The Aqua Bar is an excellent place for celebrating children’s birthdays! Tervise Paradiis has compiled several sample menus for these festive events. From September to April the guests of Tervise Paradiis can take part in the dance nights in the Aqua Bar.
The Neptun Grill is a fast food restaurant seating 42 guests on the ground floor lobby of the water park of Tervise Paradiis. The restaurant is the best place for having a quick meal. The Neptun Grill is very popular among the visitors to the water park. Schoolchildren enjoying the water park will always leave this place in a good mood.

Water Park

The largest water park in Estonia is in Tervise Paradiis. The water park is a relaxing place for spending time with family and friends!
The second Tuesday of every other month is the maintenance day in the water park. The water park is closed for the entire maintenance day! But the swimming pool, the fitness room and the aerobics gym are open on maintenance days.
The two floors of the water park accommodate 700 visitors at a time.

The water park offers interesting activities for grown-ups and the young, for beginners and experienced water lovers. The more courageous visitors can use a 4 metre diving platform, and the depth of water underneath is 4 metres. Everyone riding the tube slides or torrential mountain rivers will definitely get a good shot of adrenaline.

There are also pools, Jacuzzis, waterfalls and saunas, the Aqua bar, an outdoor heated pool (open in winter too!), a summer terrace and a bar waiting for you in the water park.

The attractions of the water park allow everyone to be active from a toddler to the elderly. The spiral staircase will take you to the 11-metre high starting platform with four tube slides. The longest of the slides is 85 metres long. The Black slide has been equipped with visual effects to build up emotions. The shortest slide is meant for young children.
The visitors sliding in tubes will not land in the pool, but safety channel.

Along with several types of massages, you are welcome to enjoy varied water procedures, ozocerite and paraffin therapy, a health capsule, a salt chamber, an infrared sauna, a Hydro-Jet water massage bed and many other procedures. Other Facilities

The swimming pool of Tervise Paradiis is located on the ground floor of the building. The 25-metre swimming pool has 4 lanes. There are Finnish saunas for men and women. The water gymnastics, water aerobics and water jogging groups are held in the swimming pool.
Aerobics lovers will find a wide range of workouts in different styles in Tervise Paradiis. Everyone interested in moving to the rhythm of music will have much to discover and enjoy! The state-of-the-art exercise hall that has been equipped with a powerful sound system and the best instructors in Pärnu are waiting for you! You can choose between different exercise styles: step, burning fat, Body Pump, Pilates, etc.
There is a gym with all the latesst equipment and bowling and table tennis too.
