Overview - Olevi Residents Hotel

The 3 star Olevi Residents Hotel, in the very heart of Old Tallinn, was completely renovated in 2003. The hotel dates back to the beginning of the 14th century. The location is perfect, not far from the legendary church of St Oleviste and Town Hall Square, in the vicinity of both the passenger port and the railway station, that makes it especially attractive for guests. Ancient architectural monuments, theatres, shopping centres, nightclubs and discos are all within walking distance. The hotel also offers a hairstylist and a beauty parlour.

Accommodation - Olevi Residents Hotel

Most of the 47 comfortable rooms are and full of light*, yet you can feel the atmosphere of the past.. The upper floors of the hotel offer a breathtaking view of the sea and the passenger port with beautiful cruise ships coming and going.

All the rooms are equipped with a shower cubicle or a bathtub, TV-set (cable television), telephone, WiFi access.

*Please note that Economy rooms don't have any windows.

The restaurant “Olevi Residents” is an example of the abundance of tastes. Our restaurant is situated in one of the most picturesque streets of the Old Town – Olevimägi. The best cooks of the Scandinavian countries work here and they please you with the delight of various tastes. The use of different culinary herbs in our recipes delight even the most demanding customers. The menu of the restaurant includes a lot of vegetarian food from different cuisines of the world. The wine card offers a diverse wine choice of many countries. From each country we have chosen only the best recipes and wines.
Our restaurant consists of three halls, and each hall has been designed in different and peculiar style.
Our restaurant is perfectly suitable for festive occasions such as weddings or intimate family dinners.

Other Facilities

The concierge will help you order tickets to the theatre or concert, will give you advice on leisure time activities and entertainment. He will also take care of the service of the security box and left luggage.

Olevi Residents has two meeting rooms for 8 – 45 people.

You can also enjoy the facilities of the hotel hairstylist and the beauty parlour.

About 150 metres from the hotel there is a guarded car-park for both cars and buses (7 euross per 12 hours). Due to the favourable location, it is possible for your bus to pull up right in front of the hotel.

Within 100 metres you will find a swimming-pool and a fitness centre.
