Meeting and Conference Facilities
In October 2003 the most up-to-date Conference Centre in Tallinn opened its doors at Sokos Hotel Viru. The new multifunctional conference hall can accommodate up to 900 people in the most open configuration. The largest of the halls provide enough space for activities while accommodating as many as 500 people. Many of the conference rooms can also be divided into smaller sections by means of movable soundproof walls, enabling versatility for smaller work groups. The conference rooms provide a full range of user friendly technical solutions. The state-of-the-art audio-visual and technical aids available enable the holding of the most pretentious scientific conferences, let alone entertainment and shows. The planning of the space and the integration of all the technical support facilities was carefully thought through with the best Estonian and Scandinavian professional planners.
