Overview - Susi Hotel
The 3 star Susi Hotel is located in the quickly developing Lasnamäe district, not far from the airport and bus terminal. The city centre is only a short ride away. The hotel has a modern design and is ideal for those on leisure or travelling for business. The hotel has 6 floors and an elevator. On the ground floor there is a restaurant, bar and lobby bar, a meeting room, banqueting hall, 2 saunas, billiards, beauty parlour and everything that you need to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Accommodation - Susi Hotel
The hotel has 100 comfortably appointed guestrooms, including 96 double rooms, 4 suites with sauna, rooms for the allergic. There are 2 rooms fully equipped to accommodate clients with disabilities. There is a choice of smoking and non smoking rooms. An extra bed can be arranged in many rooms.
All the rooms have a toilet, a shower (suites have also a bath and a sauna), satellite TV, direct dial telephone, minibar, hairdryer, air-conditioning and Wireless high-speed Internet access service all over the hotel. There is a collection of original art throughout the guest rooms and public spaces.

A good buffet breakfast is included in the price.
The Restaurant Old Sword:
The restaurant is open every day for Lunch and Dinner from 12:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Our restaurant welcomes you with atmosphere of peace and comfort. We offer our guests delicious homemade food and excellent service.
The Green Hall Bar:
In the Green Hall you can enjoy your early morning coffee with a fresh pie baked in house or just have a beer with your friends.
The Sword Bar:
The Sword Bar´s attraction is its view to the busy Jüriöö Park. There is a wide variety of drinks for every taste and a pleasant atmosphere in which to relax and enjoy the view to the park. In the Sword Bar your can also spend time by playing billiards.
The bar is closed on Sundays.
Conference Facilities
Hotel Susi has conference rooms Jüri, Mari, the Green Spider and a training class in the Office Building. Our conference rooms are meant for meetings, training days, seminars and conferences. All rooms are provided with modern equipment: video, flip-board, overhead projector assembly, broadband Internet connection and Wi Fi.
There is also a currency exchange, laundry service, safety deposit boxes at reception and complimentary Newspapers at reception.
Other Facilities
There are two Finnish saunas which offer you pleasant relaxation and recovery from everyday stress.
The smaller sauna is for 4-6 people. The sauna has a steam room, a shower and a rest room.
The bigger sauna is for up to 10 people. The sauna has a steam room, a Jaccuzi and rest room.
The bigger Sauna is linked with the conference room, i.e. if you wish to enjoy each other's company in a casual atmosphere after a serious meeting you can order the Sauna and Conference room together.
The Saunas are payable locally.
The Susi Beauty Parlour and Massage Centre offer you an opportunity to spend a day in the original and grand day-spa centre. Spa is a unique self-sensing therapy for the people of the new age, the philosophy of which is a balance between body and mind, resulting in a feeling of absolute relaxation and content. We have done everything to give our customer a wonderful experience. An original and cosy interior, calming atmosphere and friendly service contribute to pleasant mood.
The scale of massage and body care services is very rich. It starts from general body massage, blood cups, peat sauna and bio-energetic Japanese massage. Those are followed by a number of exclusive services (Greek-Roman, Pharaoh and Mulgi-Muhu massages), to finish with various bath procedures and body compresses.
There is also a hairdressers for the whole family, in addition to manicure and pedicure, our professional cosmetics provide regular and special care of face, neck and neckline (Darphin, Elsa Hjeronymus). An ultrasound device is used in the parlour, which makes it possible to clean facial skin without pain and trauma and enrich it with oxygen (Anesi). All our cosmetics are capable of top-class make-up (Guerlain, Darphin).
