Overview
The Telegraaf is the newest 5 star luxury hotel in Tallinn and is located in the Old Town, just a few steps away from Town Hall Square. The hotel is housed in a beautifully restored, elegant 19th century building, which was once an exchange station for the Estonian Telegraph company and transferred vital messages across the Iron Curtain during the Soviet era.
Now, the house, which was originally built in 1873, has been transformed into a unique and luxurious first class hotel, offering you a chance to feel the mystery and ambience that has surrounded the building for more than a century.

Accommodation
The hotel offers a total of 86 rooms. All of the Executive rooms are located in the new part of the hotel. These are fully carpeted spacious rooms with contemporary design and offer you double or twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower or bathtub.
All rooms have a view to the courtyard.
All the Superior rooms are located in the historic part of the building. A classicist interior design with non-carpeted floors and single, double or twin beds. All the rooms have an en-suite bathroom with all the amenities with shower or bathtub. Some rooms have a street side view, some to the courtyard.
Junior Suites: These spacious rooms are located in the new part of the building. They have fully carpeted floors and are equipped with a king size bed. They also have a separate sitting area and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. All rooms have a view to the courtyard.
All of the Suites are located in the historic part of the building. Each of the rooms has a different colour scheme and style. They are designed to offer you more comfort and privacy than other rooms. All the rooms consist of a separate living and bedroom, also en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. Suites have a view to Vene Street.
Restaurants and Bars
Our Executive Chef Igor Andrejev and his brigade are responsible for creating a selection of tempting dishes for all occasions. During your time here why not spoil yourself with A la Carte dinner in the stunning restaurant, or lock yourself away in our spacious bedrooms to enjoy our delicious room service menu.
The hotel also has a bar too, they will help you find the drink to suit your mood and will be open for you 'till the late hours. Fine wine selection from the Old and the New World. Serene elegance.
Hotel Telegraaf's Lobby-Bar is a perfect venue for pre-dinner cocktails or a late night drink.

Guests can make use of the hotels' Wellness-SPA (this consists of two treatment rooms). As well as the wellness SPA, the hotel can offer a jacuzzi, as well as a swimming pool and sauna.

Time for wellness
For your own comfort, we kindly request that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your booked treatment time in order to register. Please notice that it may not be possible to accommodate latecomers.
In our candle-lit reception area you will be asked to record your details on your personal profile – Elemis Lifestyle Analysis Card. Your therapist will complete the consultation process in the privacy of your treatment room, which will ensure your treatments are personally tailored to your needs. A bathrobe and single-use underwear are provided for your use in the treatment room.
While relaxing in our saunas and pool area, there are bathrobes, towels and personal care amenities provided for your use in the changing room. Bathing suites must be worn at all times in the pool area.
