An intriguing nest of chambers, walkways, secret staircases, balconies and galleries, the Three Sisters Hotel in Tallinn, Estonia, is one-of-a-kind in every respect. The transformation brings contemporary design concepts into its ancient walls, and also highlights the building’s centuries of organic growth. Original elements, such as a wooden crane once used to hoist stores into the house and intricate ceiling frescos, discovered by accident under 14 layers of paint and wallpaper, have been painstakingly restored and now add their own character to the property again.

RESTAURANT
The Three Sisters Restaurant, headed by chef de cuisine Rudolf Visnapuu, is among the finest dining establishments in Tallinn. The local press has called it "a study in crisp luxury." But this sun-filled restaurant, with large windows looking to our courtyard, is also a relaxed place to have a late breakfast or a leisurely lunch. Our hotel sommelier is always on hand to help you select the perfect wine from our cellar of over 300 wines.

WINE BAR
The Three Sisters has become the “wine hotel” of eastern Europe thanks to Jennifer Mitchell, our locally renowned and internationally certified sommelier. Jennifer keeps a cellar of over 300 kinds of wines and pours over 20 different wines by the glass. The wine bar also serves light dishes from our gourmet kitchen and pours "the biggest cocktails in the Baltics.



TERRACE
Our summer terrace, on sunny Tolli lane outside the hotel, has become the place to go for outdoor drinking and dining in Tallinn. Every summer our chef de cuisine creates a special menu for the terrace, and our sommelier selects special summer wines. The terrace is open June to September, from 12:00–22:00.

COURTYARD
Weather permitting, our courtyard is open to serve you our full restaurant menu in the secluded setting of our merchant house courtyard. Should it get chilly, cashmere blankets are waiting to warm you. The courtyard is open daily from 10:00–22:00 from May to September.

PRIVATE DINING
Our Angels Room, with its 18th century hand-painted ceiling and courtyard view, is the perfect venue to celebrate a special occasion. Our chef is always ready to craft a special menu for your occasion, and our friendly servers are at your service in this intimate yet festive setting. For larger gala dinners, our library accommodates up to 45 people in sleek banquet style. For the ultimate in romance, our piano suite can be the backdrop to an unforgettable evening, featuring a personalized menu, specially selected wines and a private pianist.
