Overview

The 4 star Viru Inn is a luxurious small boutique hotel, housed in a 14th century merchant`s house, located in the main street of historical Old Town. This is one of the best locations in town and is full of character and history. Here you will really experience staying in a part of the history of this beautiful Medieval City. Although this is a small hotel it has a pizzeria in the courtyard and there is a fantastic cafe with big window looking onto the main street of Tallinn - Viru where you can watch all that is going in on the city.

Accommodation

There are just 15 rooms in the hotel, each room is unique in it's design and size, in this hotel no two rooms are the same! Antique furniture and wooden beams are a feature in all rooms and most of the rooms face the quiet courtyard. All of the rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable/satellite TV, direct dial telephone, Flat screen TV, minibar, in room safe, bathrobe and slippers, complimentary internet access, hairdryer and complimentary bottled water is in every room.

Restaurants and Bars

Cafe Al Sole is the cafe situated on the main street of the historical Old Town. Here you can enjoy
coffee and fresh pastry products whilst watching the world go by through the large windows facing Viru Street.
You can dine in the Italian restaurant amongst the medieval atmosphere. There is a pizzeria with a summer courtyard terrace too. The Pizzeria has a traditional wood fired pizza oven. There is also a wine cellar and terraces in Viru street and in the courtyard.

Other Facilities

The hotel has a 24 hour reception and has complimentary WIFI access in all public areas. A laundry and dry cleaning service is available too. For small groups a meeting room is available on request and also the sauna can be rented out for small groups too. The traditional sauna and steam sauna with jacuzzi are complimentary to hotel guests in the morning.
