Overview - Glo Hotel
The 4 star GLO Hotel is located in the hub of the cultural, commercial, historical, and in a sense even bohemian Helsinki. The surrounding block comprises Kämp Galleria, the leading luxury shopping centre in the city with an entrance right from the hotel’s reception hall. Fitness and spa services are available at the top floor and GLO recommends a wide variety of activities also in Helsinki city centre. Tickets to major culture, sport and entertainment events can be purchased at hotel lobby. What’s more, Helsinki’s premium restaurants are just next door. The Glo Hotel represents a genuinely new type of modern, urban lifestyle hotel with a mission to compose individual hotel experiences according to each guest’s wishes. In co-operation with strictly selected partner companies, GLO will be able to offer multiple activities in fitness, culture & events, spa and hospitality services for its guests - a combination never seen before in Helsinki.
GLO’s exceptionally large rooms with functional and pleasing interiors offer in-room services for complete relaxation. Twelve suites add extra dimensions to the service. The two exciting fine casual restaurants encourage hotel guests as well as local clientele to enjoy a carefully designed treat of food, drink and service.
Accommodation - Glo Hotel
The Hotel Glo has a total of 144 rooms there are 95 GLO rooms, 37 Deluxe rooms and 12 suites. Rooms are equipped with premium Unikulma beds: length 210 cm, width 120-180 cm, depending on the room type. Each room has ensuite bathroom, digital flat screen TV, telephone, minibar, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, ironing facilities, WLAN wireless internet connection and air-conditioning. Each room comes with bathrobes and the Glo Box:

Bars and Restaurants
La Cocina serves the latest taste experiences and unforgettable traditions of Catalonian and Basque culinary heritage. The specialities of Northern Spain include a bold use of ingredients, colourfulness and a combination of fish and meat. At lunchtime, La Cocina offers also Northern Spanish delicacies such as omelettes filled with ingredients which change daily. Menu Rápido is a new way to experience a five-course meal during lunchtime.
The wines are Spanish. Spanish beers and ciders, liqueurs and brandies combined with Catalonian and Basque food are the recipe for the authentic tastes of a novel Spain. As a speciality we have the largest collection of Parés Baltr wines in Finland. Also our other wineries, including González Byass, Espelt and Vega Sicilia make sure that all the wines are of the highest quality. In addition to this, we have a wide variety of Sherries to be enjoyed with pintxos. As you’d expect from a world-class hotel, we also have a wonderful selection of cavas. Menu Extremo enables you to enjoy a 6-course surprise meal consisting of the best picks of the season combined, if you wish, with a matching wine menu.
Cocina Bar
Cocina Bar is a stage for urban culture at the heart of Helsinki; for the locals and Helsinki visitors. In Cocina Bar you feel the beat of Helsinki within the art, events, action and services of the all day hang out bar. Wheather it is lunch, selections of pintxos after work, class of cava, GT or cup of coffee. Cocina Bar is place to enjoy the action in style!
There will be exciting entertainment on the Cocina Bar’s live stage. Dj’s, stand up comedians as well as mimics will all perform here. By working in close association with some great companies and brands, we will be able to produce an outstanding programme of bar events. Quite simply, anything can happen in the Cocina Bar. Three times a week, there will also be after work parties:
Chardonnay Wednesday - In co-operation with PUMA, GUESS, Andiata, Fred Perry, Gant, GSUS, Pilgrim and great chardonnays eg. Livon winery.
Bombay Thursday - In co-operation with Bombay Gin, Casal, Calvin Kline, Benetton and eyeware of Stella Mc Cartney, Alexander McQueen and Marc Jacobs.
