For reservations over Christmas and New Year, full payment for hotel and gala dinner at the time of booking - non-refundable if cancelled.
We will add the dinners to your booking and will charge your card for the total number of passengers booked.
At all other times of year reservations cancelled less than 35 days before arrival will be subject to a 100% charge of the total stay.
