The Oxford Hotel offers true Italian hospitality in the heart of Rome, ideally located not far from Via Veneto and Villa Borghese and the famous Spanish Steps, as well as the best city centre shopping.
The historical area in which Hotel Oxford is situated is the elegant "Ludovisi-Sallustiano" neighbourhood, which , in times past, was a well-to-do suburb where families owned sumptuous villas. Guests of Hotel Oxford can visit the ruins of " Horti Sallustiani" (about 50 metres away) where the poet Sallustio, once he retired, wrote his masterpieces. This area, after the fall of the Roman Empire, turned countryside and wasn't retouched until the 17th century when pope Urbano VIII had the Barberini Palace built.

Restaurant and Bar
Ugo's restaurant offers a peaceful and friendly setting where our extensive and excellent selection of wines, personally chosen by us to help you appreciate the best flavors of Italy, can be enjoyed with your meal. If you prefer a beer instead, you can choose from a wide selection including the best Belgian and Irish varieties.
The hotel’s chef has been creating dishes inspired by ancient traditions by combining diverse Mediterranean cultures for many years. Through his expertise and years of experience, he can also satisfying those who prefer an impeccable interpretation of international favorites. Menus are based on seasonal specialities and are constantly changing.
Buffet Breakfast is served from 06.45h to 10.00h. The breakfast buffet " all'Italiana " consists of a wide spread including different breads and croissants , jam, honey, bacon, "caciotta Romana" (cheese) , yogourt, fruit juice, various teas and caffè espresso.
Dinner is served from 19.30h to 21.30h
The Hotel Oxford also caters for private dinners, Christmas suppers, New Year’s dinners and wedding parties up to a maximum of 50 persons.
