The 4 Star Boutique Hotel "Almaty-Sapar Regency" is located in the elite part of Almaty, in the Gorny Gigant district, which is home to many embassies and foreign representative offices. The Hotel is very close to the financial district of Almaty and the entertaiment and sightseeing complex of Kok-Tobe. The airport is only 40 minutes drive away from the hotel and the train station just 20 minutes. It takes about 10 minutes by car to get to the heart of the city centre.

There are just 46 rooms in the hotel, they have a luxurious feel to them and all of them have ensuite bathroom, cable television, telephone, safe, internet access, mini-bar and air conditioning. The standard rooms are very large, twin rooms have two king size beds, and double rooms can easily fit an extra bed in them.
