The 3 star Lielupe Hotel is situated in the beach resort of Jurmala, it is just a few metres from the beach and 20 km from the centre of Riga. The hotel is surrounded by pine woods and it is just half a kilometre from the railway station Bulduri.
The hotel has 212 rooms and offers a spa and a gym and conference facilities too. There are lots of facilities for children too making it the ideal place for a family holiday.

Business Category Rooms
Standard Rooms have a private bathroom with shower and WC, they also have a balcony, Satellite TV, telephone, mini-bar, safe, and hairdryer.
Comfort Rooms have a private bathroom with shower or bath tub and WC. They have a balcony, Satellite TV, telephone, mini-bar, safe, hairdryer and air conditioning. These rooms are larger than the Standard Rooms.

Apartments are around 80 sq metres and have a living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, balcony, Satellite TV, telephone, safe, mini-bar, air conditioning and a private bathroom with bathtub and whirlpool.

Restaurants and Bars

The Restaurant 'White Dune' is on the 10th floor and offers beautiful views over the pine forest towards the sea. There is an excellent choice of European Cuisine and local specialities too. The restaurant is particularly lovely on a summers evening.
A sumptuous buffet breakfast is served in the Breakfast lounge on the first floor.
There is a lobby bar which also serves coffee and tea and is open all day. In the summer there is the pool bar where you can relax with a cocktail and there is a barbeque area in the park where in the summer you also have the choice of barbeque evenings too.

Leisure facilities and SPA

The hotel offers indoor and outdoor tennis courts. Individual lessons with personal trainers are available for guests. Bicycles are available to rent and children can enjoy the playground in the park and there is a games room too.

SWIMMING POOLS
There is an indoor swimming pool which is always heated to 28 degrees and there are two waterfalls, hydromassage jets and also and outdoor swimming pool which is also 28 degrees too.
The indoor swimming pool is open from 0800-2200.

Weekdays, per hour: 3.50 LVL; Weekends/holidays, per hour 4.00 LVL. Passes are available too.
Water aerobics and swimming lessons for children are on offer.

There are various massages available and there is Turkish bath too. Sauna, jacuzzi and whirlpool.

Business meetings, conventions and reunions can be hosted in the hotel conference rooms accommodating up to 500 people. The facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and include an advanced business centre.

Contractor's View - Lielupe Hotel

The Lielupe is a good choice for those on a budget. It is one of the older hotels in Jurmala. The Tourist Class rooms really are not of a 3 star standard and it is worth upgrading from these rooms. They have not been renovated. Good spa and worth pre-booking treatments.
