It is only 20 minutes drive from the hotel to the city Jurmala on the coast of the Baltic Sea with its beautiful beaches and health resorts, It is just 5-6 minutes drive to the Sea Terminal and the Central Railway Station and 15 minutes drive to the airport.
Accommodation
There are 37 comfortable rooms in the Avitar. Each room is equipped with new modern furniture, TV set with around 40 channels, telephone, WC, shower, hairdryer and an electric kettle. The hotel has apartments too and suites. The apatments have two rooms and are quite large.
Restaurant & Bars
The Avitar has a Grill Bar and restaurant where you can enjoy International and local cuisine. You can sample too Latvian Beer in the bar and the restaurant also serves Oriental food.

All rooms in this hotel are clean and comfortable and of a good standard for a 3 star hotel. The hotel has a very pleasant bar and restaurant area and we recommend this hotel as good value for money.
