Accommodation - Royal Square Hotel & Suites

Each of the individually-designed rooms is located on on of five floors, paying respect to the foundations of the four homes of wealthy Rigans upon which the hotel is built. You can access these via the stairs or a panorama lift from which to view the dancing lights reflected by the water-feature of the indoor courtyard.

Classic and Executive rooms plus Deluxe Suites, Luxury Suites have floor-to-ceiling windows to invite natural light, decorated with charming stained-glass windows that harken back to days of old. Almost every one of these has doors opening out to a French balcony. You'll appreciate the luxurious touches of natural wooden floors and silk textiles used in the interior design, all complimented by 21st century technology.
Fine German linen and comfortable beds are sure to soothe you to sleep. For the ultimate in luxury, suites offer extras such as private sauna, Jacuzzi and a romantic fireplace. Rest assured that the Presidential Suite is the largest and most beautiful in Latvia.

Depart the city's narrow cobblestone streets to discover this atmospheric restaurant. Here, historic walls hide an intimate nook containing a table with four majestic thrones. You'll also see a beautifully preserved well beneath the glass floor of the spacious dining area, as you listen to the sounds of improvised piano music. Nevertheless, we take most pride in our cuisine and service.

The well-known chef Inards Straume presents a delectable international menu that's truly a master work. Paired with 120 fine wines, there's over 70 dishes available, representing culinary classics such as French charm, Italian simplicity, or the Russian virtuosity of making delicacies from seemingly simple ingredients. Our chef excels in harmonizing his creations, accenting the flavours of individual ingredients and combining them all to perfection. The tastes and aroma will set your mouth watering for more of his secretive skills.
