Overview - Hotel Les Iles
Les Iles Hotel, was built in 1948 by Antoine Marchisio (designer of the legendary Mamounia in Marrakech) and combines the Moresque and retro styles of the period with all modern amenities. The hotel enjoys a privileged location beside the entrance to the old walled city and faces directly onto the bay with its wide sandy beaches and the Island of Mogador in the distance. Thanks to the pleasing decor of its public spaces and private guest quarters, and owing to the outstanding personalised service of its seasoned staff, the hotel offers itself as a haven of comfort and tranquillity.

The Hotel Les Iles features 75 guestrooms with decor in a traditional style, all of which include balconies, satellite television with premium channels, direct-dial phones, minibars, tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary newspapers. All rooms have en-suite facilities.

There is a variety of restaurants:
Isselmane is a large, modern Moroccan-style restaurant with sea views. Seats up to 300 guests and serves a variety of dishes, with seafood a speciality.
Snack bar - Norwegian-style snack bar serving sandwiches and light meals beside the pool.
Foyer Orson Welles - A 1950s-style Moroccan bar with wood panelled walls. Named after the actor who stayed at the hotel while filming in Essaouira.
Other Facilities
There is an outdoor swimming pool and a health spa with massage treatments available. The front office desk can advise on local excursions in the area.
