The luxury Riad style L'Heure Bleue Palace Hotel has a charm of it's own. From the terrace with pool on the roof, enjoy the panoramic view of the port of Essaouira, the new town, the medina and its ramparts. Tastefully restored, this former palace has become a charming family residence whose décor pays tribute to its Portuguese, English, Oriental and African influences - a generous mixture of cultures. There is a patio and spa in pure Moroccan tradition and the restaurant offers French cuisine with oriental flavours. L'heure Bleue Palace is one of the most luxurious riads in Essaouira and is part of the Relais & Chateaux Group.

There are 16 rooms in L'Heure Bleue Palace Hotel, all decorated with a colonial African theme and there are 19 suites either in African, Oriental, English or Portugese style. All of the rooms have shower/bathroom, TV, telephone, mini-bar, safe, hairdryer, internet connection and air-conditioning.

The Gastronomic restaurant is quite unique in Essaouira. The restaurant offer a mixture of gastronomic French cuisine with a Moroccan influence. All of this is served in a beautiful, traditional Moroccan salon.

This is a beautiful place to relax... either in the lounge, or in the hammam, with a massage or sitting beside the swimming pool. The hotel also offers a games room with cinema, billiards and library.
