Cancellation Terms

Cancellation 8 working days before arrival will incur a charge of 25% of the whole stay.
Within 4-3 working days before arrival will incur a charge of 40% of the whole stay.
Within 2 working days before arrival will incur a charge of 60% of the whole stay.

Overview - Les Jardins de la Koutoubia Hotel

The exotic 5 star Les Jardins de la Koutoubia has been featured by Conde Nast Traveller as one of the best hotels....... standing on the site of a 13th Century riad, this sumptuous hotel has a wonderful location just at the entrance to the Medina and just a few metres from Djemma-el-Fnaa Square. This is a beautiful hotel with fantastic cedar wood ceilings and exudes an air of total relaxation.

Accommodation - Les Jardins de la Koutoubia Hotel

There are just 100 rooms each with shower/bathroom, TV, telephone, mini-bar, safe and air-conditioning. Rooms have views towards the Patio or towards the Medina. The decor is elegant and traditionally Moroccan.
Single medina is on the Medina side and has 33m².
Double/Twin Medina is on the Medina side and has 33m².
Single patio has views of the patio and swimming pool and has 40m².
Double/Twin patio has views of the patio and swimming pool and has 40m².

Bars and Restaurants

The hotel has a piano bar and there is a restaurant with outside dining. Les Terraces de la Koutoubia is the panoramic restaurant on the roof for fine dining with views over the Koutoubia Mosque and the Medina.

Other Facilities

The hotel has a fitness centre, 2 hammams, 1 jacuzzi on the terrace and 2 massage rooms. There are four lounges where you can just sit and relax.

New Year

Half Board is included in the period 26 December - 03 January. Minimum Stay is 7 nights.
There is an obligatory Gala Dinner on 31 December, of 204 euros per person. This is not included in the price.
