Overview - Hanza Hotel
The Four Star Boutique Hotel Hanza hotel is situated on the banks of the River Motlawa in the heart of the historic city of Gdansk. It is also situated in close proximity to the Old City with its abundance of musuems, galleries, pubs and restaurants. In addition to this, the Hanza's location guarantees easy access to Gdańsk's municipal offices, councils, institutions and companies as well as to the railway station. The modern architecture of the Hanza has been skilfully blended into the surrounding Old City houses and the hotel offers a high standard of comfort and prides itself on its friendly welcome and good service.
Accommodation - Hanza Hotel
The Hanza Hotel has a total of 7 suites, including two presidential suites, 17 single rooms and 36 double rooms. As the Hanza is well situated, the rooms have a view either over the Motława river or the Old City. In addition, the hotel is equipped with WIFI wireless Internet. The standard rooms have Satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning, mini-bar, hairdryer and bathroom. On request the hotel can provide a laptop if needed.
Junior Suites consist of two rooms and are ideal for clients who are there on business as there is a comfortable desk area. Additionally the bathrooms have underfloor heating and bathrobes and slippers are provided.
Bars and Restaurants
The Restaurant at the Hanza hotel overlooks the Motlawa River and here you can find a selection of traditional Polish meals and International cuisine. As is typical from a coastal city the restaurant specialises in fish dishes which is locally caught! The restaurant serves special business lunch menus too.
The bar has a roaring fire in winter and is a comfortable place to sit with a coffee and cake or in the evening with a cocktail or two!
Facilities and Services
The hotel has a hairdressing salon and this is managed by an award winning sylist. For relaxation, you can have a massage or Finnish sauna in the hotel. There is a jacuzzi too.
Inside the hotel there is a conference room that can seat up to 70 people with all the necessary equipment such as wireless network, flipcharts and a projector with screen. All other equipment can be provided on request. There is in addition a banquet hall for 12 - 24 people and a business apartment for between 6 and 8 people.
