Overview
The 3 star Astoria hotel is a little gem of a hotel in the heart of Kazmierez the Old rejuvenated Jewish Quarter in Cracow. It is just 5 minutes walk from Wawel Castle and around the same distance to the Market Square and Cloth Hall. The hotel is housed in an old building but is one of the newer hotels in this area and is comfortably furnished. The hotel prides itself on its charming atmosphere, good cuisine and friendly staff who will be only to happy to help with your every need.
Accommodation
The Astoria Hotel has 33 comfortable, spacious single, double and triple rooms as well as suites and family studios. Each room is equipped with a bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, satellite TV, radio and telephone. All of the rooms are air-conditioned. The luxurious suites have an area of 50 square metres and all rooms of the Astoria Hotel have been designed according to the highest standards, enabling not only a comfortable rest, but also good working conditions for those who are on business.
The hotel also has rooms for disabled guests and there are smoking and non smoking rooms too. Pets are also welcome.
Restaurants and Bars
The air conditioned restaurant at the Hotel Astoria offers an excellent choice of Polish and International cuisine, there is also a wide variety of wines and drinks on offer too.
The hotel can organize banquets, all kinds of occasional receptions and catering too.
In the summer, the hotel's summer garden is the ideal place to enjoy your dinner of just a glass of wine after a long day of sightseeing!
Other Facilities
The reception staff at the hotel are only to happy to provide you with all kinds of tourist information and assist you with any other services you may need during your stay. Moreover, there is a laundry service, ironing, money exchange desk, hotel safe at the reception which is free of charge, lockers at the reception which are free of charge, luggage room, room-service, hotel store, medical aid and baby-sitting.
Guests may also use the sauna.
As the only hotel in Kazimierz, we provide our own underground parking lot for cars. Coaches can park on a guarded parking lot approx. 800 metres away from the hotel. It is advisable to pre-book your parking.
Conference Facilities
The Hotel offers a multi-purpose, air-conditioned room, with sound proofing, together with a banquet room, which can be used for up to 60 persons. We provide our guests with basic conference room equipment (flipchart, screen, overhead projector), included in the rental fee for the room. Additional equipment is available upon prior reservation, and for an additional fee.
Moreover, we provide complete catering services for your conference, as well as translator services We can help you to organize a meeting of any kind, and our highly qualified staff shall do their best in order to make each of the meetings a full success
Cancellation Terms
For individual clients cancellations less than 6 days prior to arrival will be charged for one night's stay.
For group bookings (10 passengers or more) cancellations less than 36 days prior to arrival will be charged for one night's stay.

Please Note: City tax is payable locally. Approximately 0.5 euros.
