Cancellation Terms

For individuals, cancellations less than 6 days prior to arrival will be charged for one night's stay.
For groups (10 passengers or more) cancellations less than 36 days prior to arrival will be charged for one night's stay.

Overview

The 3 star hotel Cracovia is a large hotel located in the centre of Krakow, within walking distance to the Old Town with all of its sights and the wonderful pavement cafes on Old Town Square. It is a short distance to the International motorway and it only takes about 30 minutes transfer time from the airport.

Accommodation

All 314 rooms have recently been renovated in modern bright colours with functional, good quality pale wood furniture. Rooms are quite large with shower/bathroom, satellite TV, telephone, hairdryer, trouser press and internet connection. Automatic wake up calls are available and in some room types there is air conditioning. Safety boxes are available at reception.

Restaurants and Bars

The Cracovia Restaurant on the ground floor serves traditional Polish and International cuisine - open 13.00 - 23.00 hrs.
There is also a Cafe which serves tea, coffee, pastries and snacks - open 07.00 - 22.00 hrs.

For the evening there is a bar where cocktails, soft and alcoholic drinks are available - open 20.00 - 03.00 hrs.

Facilities and Services

In the hotel there is also Currency exchange, News-stand, Shoeshine machines, Laundry service, Car rental, Travel Service Office, Outdoor parking (for cars and coaches) and pets are permitted!

The hotel has good meeting room facilities.There are three air-conditioned meeting rooms able to accommodate from 40 to 120 persons. Rooms are able to accommodate small business meetings and large banquests and receptions.
