    • I and my wife were forced to cancel the trip due my wife’s illness but what we heard from our friends (Mr. and Mrs Ojala) the hotel was very nice and filled all pre-expectations.

I want to thank you for the very fast and especially riendly service regarding refunding the money: easy, very nice lady officer at phone. Encourages to use your services in the future! Otherwise the procedure to make the reservation via internet was pretty easy and comfortable.
