Overview - Tournet Guest House, Krakow
The Tournet Guesthouse is a small, friendly hotel located right in the heart of Krakow in Kazimierz, the lively area of Krakow full of bars and pubs. This is a great base for your stay in Krakow, the Guest House is right in the very centre of town and is very comfortable and welcoming. The building is very historic, dating back to 1913 and is one of the traditional buildings from Kazimierz, originally the Jewish District of the City.
The Tournet has grown and has over 40 beds! Accommodation is possible in single, double and triple rooms. The blue, yellow, red and green rooms are fully equipped with en suite bathroom, TV’s, radio-alarm clocks and all the necessary accessories to prepare coffee or tea (electric kettle, plates, cups, cutlery).The prices for the rooms include breakfast which is served downstairs in the traditional Polish restaurant "Czarny Kocioł".
There are also 2 basic rooms which are in a small annexe of the hotel with its own winding wooden staircase leading to the rooms. There is no TV in these rooms.
Children under 12 years of age are accommodated free.
Bars and Restaurants
The hotel serves breakfast downstairs in the traditional Polish restaurant "Czarny Kocioł" which also provides lunches and dinners at very reasonable prices.
Please advise your approximate arrival time, at time of booking as reception needs to be open when you arrive.Reception is open from 7am to 10pm.Once you have checked in, you will have your own entrance key.
All visitors to Krakow must pay City Tax locally, this amounts to PLN 1.60 ( approx 0,50 euros) per person for each day of their stay. This should be paid at time of check in.
Children are exempt from paying.

cultural trip to visit the Galicia Museum and the old castle.
We will look to stay at the Hotel Tournet next time as well.
