The hotel offers you special rooms for less able guests and non-smoking rooms.

Restaurant and Bar
Modern, elegant and at the same time homely restaurant KEIS, which sits 40 visitors, offers meals of the International and of the Russian cuisine. The restaurant offers sweets and desserts to its young guests.
A good start of the day is breakfast at the restaurant with a large variety of meals to any taste. The guests can choose between three kinds of breakfast: Continental, English and Special Event.
The restaurant includes a bar for 20 seats and a non-smoking section for 40 seats, where you can have a good time with a jug of beer watching a sport channel. As required the restaurant can arrange a buffet lunch for conference participants. The restaurant KEIS, which is on the 2nd floor of the Grand Avenue Hotel, awaits for the guests every day from 7 a.m. to midnight. You can have a business lunch in our restaurant from midday to 4 p.m.
Services and Facilities
The hotel can provide multiple conference facilities, ranging from their large conference hall which can hold 100 persons, to the meeting room for 10 members. The medium conference hall holds 60 members whilst the small hall can hold 40.
The health centre Eurasia. It offers comfortable rooms, polite staff, Turkish steam-bath with aromas in assortment, Finnish sauna, circulating water pool, audio-video facilities including DVD and karaoke. We offer you refreshments and delicious meals at low prices!
Payment for one hour covers: aroma oils, tea, sheets, towels, disposable slippers, car parking.
Commercial services: laundry, mini bar, orders from the restaurant Keis and the lobby-bar Jam, massage and the related cosmetics.
