The interior of the restaurant: is decorated in the classical style and seats 92 persons. There is also an additional hall for the VIP guests. The entrance to the restaurant is either from the hotel Lobby or from Bauman Street.
The menu includes a variety of delicious dishes from European cuisine with the additional chef's suggestions from the Russian and Tatar cookery. Some of the culinary dishes offered to our guests are: beef steak with a delicious sauce, ram stone, Norwegian salmon sirloin, lake trout, king prawns, and Shalyapin's favourite Rouen Duck. The wine list: is planned specially for the menu and includes not only spirits but also vintage wines of France, New World, Italy, Spain, Chile, etc. Some desserts are cheesecake, national delicacies with modern arrangements. The dessert consists of various items - from cheese-cake to national delicacies - and it is presented in modern arrangement.
