Overview - Grand Hotel Polyana
The 5 star Grand Hotel Polyana is situated in a large territory of 65 hectares in the Sochi National Park. Located 45 km from Adler airport and the Black Sea shore, the hotel complex is found in the Achipse mountain valley . Offering a wide range of facilites and services, including the opportunity for skiing and snowboarding, plus excellent leisure, spa, fitness and health facilities, including tennis courts and swimming pool, this 5 star property meets all your needs.
The Achipse valley is surrounded by the high mountain ridges Achisho, Aibga, the main Caucasia ridge which is 2500m high, producing a mild, warm climate with little wind.
Accommodation - Grand Hotel Polyana
At the Grand Hotel Polyana you can choose between hotel rooms and villas. There are 124 rooms in building A and 181 in building B and also 17 wooden villas. All hotel rooms and villas are equipped with plasma TV sets with satellite TV, telephone, Internet access, mini and maxi bars, and tea sets.
Deluxe Rooms:
Deluxe rooms are approximately 32-37 sq.m. and boast a classic design. Most rooms in this category will also have a private balcony, from which you can admire fantastic landscapes of mountains, King-Size double bed or two single beds
Studio:
Rooms are spacious with mansard-type ceilings and total floor space ranging from 76 to 98 sq.m. This includes a large living room and bedroom with a wide double bed. Studios are decorated with elegant bronzed lamps and expensive textiles. The total studio area is enlarged by a balcony, where you can enjoy the restorative mountain air, take tea and enjoy breakfast bathing in the morning sun.
Honeymoon Studia:
It is a luxurious accommodation of around 58 sq.m. It is decorated in classic silvery-green tones and includes a bedroom and living room. The bathroom comes complete with a Jacuzzi and plazma TV.
Suite:
Suites with functional, elegant interior consist of bedroom, lounge, hall and bathroom. Folding sofas and table create a comfortable space for reading and leisure in the hall.

Villas:
17 individual wooden villas with two floors, can accommodate up to seven people. Each has a total floor area of 160 sq.m. On the first floor there is a cosy furnished living room with a large dining table and sitting area, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a sauna. There are four bedrooms, separate bathrooms and a smaller sitting area on the second floor.

Restaurant Continental:
Opening hours: 07:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
The restaurant offers European cuisine on the ground floor, where guests are served the daily breakfast buffet from 07.30 a.m. until 11.00 a.m. and dinner-buffet from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
Also offered is a lunch or dinner menu 'a la carte' in the Continental, where a banquet or gala dinner can be ordered.
Hunters Hall:
Hunters` Hall restaurant, located on the first floor of building B, takes you on a trip to the world of chic European cuisine. The magnificent and large restaurant hall is decorated in a hunting style and is an ideal venue for any type of event or party.
Vienna Cafe:
Cafe Vienna`s classic elegant interior transports you to the heart of old Europe allowing you to forget the duss and worries of the day. It serves countless coffees and dishes up to genuine homemade Austrian strudels.
Bar/night club Labyrinth:
Opening hours: 10:00 a.m. until 04:00 p.m.
Located near the Spa Centre and recreation area. In the evening, the bar is offering a selection of drinks and cocktails. There is a disco from 9.00pm with dancing all night long including concert programmes, karaoke and jazz evenings at the weekend.
Bars:
Lobby Bar and Grillage bar is open 24 hours and allow you to order the freshest desserts from our chef. In the lobbe bar pianist plays during weekends.
Fresh Air bar is located on the terrace of the hotel A with stunning views of the surrounding mountain peaks.
Sport Bar Mountain League:
Mountain league is a sport bar on the lower station of ropeway station. Translations of the most important sport events, beer menu, discotheques on the open terrace are very popular among visitors.
Shirm bars:
Shirm bars are the outdoor pavilions, serving fast food on the Psekhako Plateau. Here you can drink a cup of hot mulled wine, taste meat or fish prepared on the grill.
Ski Facilities
The Grand Hotel Polyana is situated next to a modern ski resort. A high-speed cable car whisks up to 1.200 skiers and snowboarders per hour to the park`s highest point - the Psekhako Plateau at 1.436 metres above sea level. At present, there are eight runs in use, offering 15 km of piste, and five of these are floodlit in the evenings. Guests are transferred from the hotel to the ski lifts by ecologically-friendly vehicles.
