The 5 star deluxe Kempinski Hotel Moika 22 has the perfect location in the historical and cultural heart of St. Petersburg. It is situated on the embankment of the Moika, one of the numerous river canals of St. Petersburg.Two minutes' walk to the main thoroughfare of the city, the Nevsky Prospect and close to all major city sights and shopping. The building's facade has been meticulously restored to reflect its architectural heritage and original design (1852-1853) by Dutch architect Basil von Witte. The architecture and layout of 22 River Moika Embankment make it one of the finest examples of a former private residence on the embankment. The building combines the whimsical features of Art Nouveau with the traditional austerity of the Neo-classical style, complemented by modern day facilities.

Kempinski Hotel Moika 22 is a superb new addition to the 5 star hotels in St Petersburg. Impressive lobby - exceptional staff in our experience. The Relaxation Centre offers limited fitness facilities - but levels of comfort in rooms are very high.

Restaurants are good. Wonderful views from the restaurant on the top floor - views to Hermitage, St Isaac's and all the major sights of the city. Great location a short stroll from Palace Square.
