Customer Reviews of Yubileynaya Hotel

I was very satisified with the bookings made through select-a-room.com. The requests I made were not entirely straight-forward, such as the lengthy taxi drive from the Moscow DME Airport to Yaroslavl, in what turned out to be difficult weather conditions; or the guided tour to the Chekhov Estate in Melikhovo. The latter, which was very important to me, was above expectations: the tour of the estate by the guide in the museum itself and the translator you provided was excellent. The hotel in Yaroslavl (Yubileynaya) was OK, much as expected; the hotel in Moscow (Holiday Inn, Sokolniki) was of a high standard, and more central than I had expected.I was particularly impressed with the personalised service I received from your staff when planning and booking my trip, above all the detailed responses to my emails and the possibility of telephone contact as well as email exchanges. I will certainly use you again for future holidays to Russia.Dr EP, Thu, 10 Dec 2009 06:57:00 GMT
