Overview - Donbass Palace Hotel

The luxurious 5 star Donbass Palace Hotel is located in the heart of the city of Donetsk, in Artyoma Street and is ideally situated for easy access to the Theatre, the Opera House, as well as the main shopping and commercial areas. The Donbass Palace is considered to be part of the architectural heritage of the Donbass region and was originally built in 1938. The architects N. Rechanik and A. Shuvalova designed the original building whilst N. Porhunov revised the proposed project and added the final details. During World War Two the hotel was partly destroyed and was reconstructed between the period 1947-1949. However, due lack of funds, the original architectural grandeur was not maintained.
Amongst the features of the hotel there is a VIP Club - on the 5th floor is dedicated as the VIP Club offering a ‘hotel within hotel’ concept. Special facilities for guests staying on this floor include:

It is located just past the Brasserie des Artistes bar on the ground floor is Fusion.
