The 2 star Aeroport hotel - a new hotel close to Kiev Boryspol airport, opened in March 2004. It is located in a quiet district of Boryspil, just 9 km from airport, 18 km from Kyiv and 34 km from central railway station.

The room was clean, the free shuttle is every half hour, and the restaurant food was delicious. The prices are fair. There is not a lot of competent english speaking staff. The maid on my floor spoke no English but I still managed to arrange a wake up call. The lady who checked me in was very rude. She insisted I had no reservation and I couldn't explain anything to her. The other clerk had to straighten her out. Remember you are dealing with the not so former Soviet Union.
