Firstly, I must congratulate you for the good service you gave me when booking hotel accommodation. I stayed at three different hotels, namely Rus Hotel in Kiev, Chernoye More Hotel in Odessa and Zhytomyr Hotel in Zhytomyr. The Rus Hotel was good in terms of the quality of the accommodation and service. The Chernoye More Hotel was average in terms of accommodation and the service was bad. I could not even get ice when I asked the relevant department for that. Zhytomyr Hotel is run down and not very clean in the passage of the floor where I was staying. The lighting in the passage also not adequate.
