• This was the third time we choose the lovely hotel L'Ermitage.  We had a room on the second floor on the back yard of the hotel, the room was light, beautiful and completely quiet.  The breakfast was again excellent and so was the service at the reception.

  We are planning to return to this charming hotel in the future and we can very warmly recommend it to everybody.

  here my personal coments using the scale from:
  1 (horrible) .... 10 (excellent)
  
  Room
  - size: was a little bit small, due to single room: 5
  - general condition: 10; It seemed to be new (less than 3 months (?))
  - cleanness: 10
  - service: 9
  - not loud/no disturb: 9 (I think it has new noise-banning windows)
  - comply with the smoking ban: 10
  - equipment: 9
     The room was equiped with a small waterboilder-set for tea or instant coffee. Tea, coffee, coffee-milk and sugar was served with this free of charge.
     However I did not use it often.
     Furthermore: installed on the room: a completely computer set, flat screen, Linux, Open Office, USB and Internet access (no CD/DVD-ROM found).
       All free of charge.
     Furthermore: Free small room safe (but not fixed on the wall).
  
  Telephone fees
  - local calls: 8; (2 EKr/min = about 13 eurocents/min) (I only used it for local calls)
  
  Breakfast
  - times: 7;   8:00-10:00, I think also on weekends, however on 1st of Jan until 12:00.
  - content: 8;   It was a middle-sized buffet according to north- and middle European tourist taste with good basic-varierity. Good for starting the day. So good, that you stand up for it in the morning.
  
  Hotel at all
  - professional apearance and organised, good design: 8
  
  Position of hotel
  - for wintersituations with snow: 6
  - for summersituations: 8
  - Bussstop: Very close: 10
  - Supermarket, shops nearby: 4 (only small "Kiosk")
  
  Staff
  - friendlyness: 10
  - helpful: 10
  - educated: 10
  - language reception (english): 10
  
  In total: 9
  Good hotel, with big reliability for fullfilling your needs if you are on a trip. No doubt, I would take it again because of very good price-/service relation. I can recomend it for tourists and business people, who don t need or want to live in the historic old town of Tallinn.

• Thank you very much. We enjoied our staying in the hotel. It is simple, but good. Very good location- not in the center, but just 10 min to the center of city. Very big rooms, but 1 room was very cold. I recomend this hotel.

• The service was very reliable, easy to use and everything worked really well, we are sure to use your services also in the future since we also got good money´s worth.
  
  Hotel was nicely situated in the center and near the bus station. Atmosphere was good, rooms unique and the staff friendly. it is very possible that we would choose the same hotel also later on. The breakfast was a little "special" but still there was enough to choose from and didn´t have to leave hungry.
