Everything was fine at the hotel, it was what we had expected although it would have been nice to have a kettle, tea, coffee etc. supplied in the room as standard.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Centrum Unique Htl in Vilnius. We had booked 2 Suites & 1 Double. When we discovered the double room was on the 1st floor and the suites on the 4th we asked if any double available on the 4th. Hotel checked and immediately gave us one on the 4th floor. All rooms and suites were really nice and very pleased with them.

Breakfast was very good with a great variety and also we took advantage of the Sauna after breakfast.
Overall we were very happy with the hotel, staff and facilities. While it was not in the centre of town, poss 15 min walk - never found out as we took the opportunity to check out the shops on route. -
Thank you to all of you for your assistance and patience. The Reval suited our requirements perfectly (all though no milk in the rooms to go with the kettle tea, coffee and sugar was a new variation) and the taxi transfers worked well. Amazingly the city was empty both during the day and night, so presumably the economy must be suffering.

Be in touch again next year, Budapest seems to be popular without looking in more detail.

There was a good free car parking front of the building. Room was rather small but quite comfort, a little bit noisy from neighbor rooms.

lift - doors were half locked (I was in); their "rescue" team arrived at least 30 min later!
wardrobe - no wardrobe in my room, just 2 wall hangers! scaring !!!
parking - parking available, yes, but NOT FREE OF CHARGE !! -
We really enjoyed the stay in the Panoramahotel in the Deluxe room. It was spacy and absolutely perfect! Great view over the city, room to sit down and a seperate sleepingroom. Also the bathroom was nice and especially with the bubbles.

One thing, the two televisions in the room reacted on eachother, so that was less handy. -
We really enjoyed our stay, and the service provided by both hotel and select a room.

Thank you for you enquiry. We were happy with the accommodation provided to us and found the staff very helpful and friendly. The only thing I would like to see in future is a laundry facility as we were travelling with a young family and had no facilities to wash and dry clothes other than the laundrette provided at reception which was too expensive.

Здравствуйте! Очень бы хотелось понять, как могла цена измениться после того, как Вы выслали мне ваучер на номер, стоимость которого там была 44 евро??? На каком основании, не предупреждая ни от чем, Вы сочли возможным выставить дополнительный счет и снять, не ставя меня в известность, еще 8 евро? На этом списания со счета закончены, или можно ожидать еще сюрпризов? Я со своей стороны постараюсь опротестовать в своем банке второй платеж. А Ваш сервис, соответственно, считаю более, чем неудовлетворительным.
