Wir hatten eine wundervolle Nacht zu einem fantastischen Preis. Das Hotelzimmer war schöne, sehr sauber und die Betten + Polster super bequem. Außerdem war der Concierge am Empfang nicht nur sehr nett sondern auch besonders lustig! Empfehlenswert!!!

We were very satisfied with park inn hotel, very good service at resepcion, clean room and very delicious breakfast in new restaurant with riverview. And good price from your website, not too much!

Reasonable hotel -not 4 stars-previous comments re air conditioning accurate ie not effective.I was there during warm conditions and I am afraid air conditioning was ineffective.Reception staff could have been more friendly and informative.Having said all of above passmarks at 3 stars

1) you have excellent service - I have always received very quickly very satisfying answers on our questions regarding the booking and also the cancellation of one room has been treated very uncomplicated. Also everybody has been very friendly! So,we are totally satisfied with your services.

2) The hotel was as we expected and it was like it has been described - the hotel/rooms have been very clean, location was very good and the service was friendly. Finally the price was really ok for that hotel and we have been happy there. -
I am delighted to give you feedback on this hotel. I had primarily booked the Zvarac because it offered cheap, non-domitory accommodation. Therefore, I was not the slightest bit bothered that the decor was somewhat "tired". The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful, despite my lack of Slovak and their slight English.

My bedroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable and clean. The hotel was not busy at all and so I did not have to share the shower and toilet facilities with the "sister" bedroom. Again these facilities were clean and in good order. The breakfast was superb (apart from ersatz orange juice!) with plenty of choice (hot and cold) and plenty of food.
It was great that there was no curfew as, one day I went to Budapest and the train back was delayed by 2 hours. I didn't return to the hotel until 1am, but was welcomed in by the night receptionist. The hotel is also extremely handy (about 2 mins' walk) for the Pionierska tram stop, which is served by a number of tram routes. It is also very close to the main train station, which I also found very useful.
I would thoroughly recommend the Zvarac for budget travellers who basically just want a private bed for the night and a good breakfast to set them up for the day's sightseeing. I loved staying there and it suited all my needs perfectly.
