Everything worked well. The hotel is very nice only partition walls are thin like paper. You can hear every word spoken in the neighbor room and on corridor. Anyway the river view deluxe rooms are great!!! If you can live with this little disadvantage.

My night in your hotel was very short because I had to take a plane at 9 a.m. and to leave your hotel at 7 a.m..
Everything was OK for that short night.
Maybe some things could be better but it is the point of view of a Belgian tourist. Any way I give you my perceptions :
- room : perfect.
- T° of bedroom : too hot : most of western people prefer 18°C at night. I had to open the window during the night wich is a waist of energy.
- Breakfast : big variaty of possibilities, but no fruits and as far as I know there are very good fruits in your country. Why don’t you propose them ?In any case it was a good journey and I thank you for your professional approach.

here it is:
positive:
good breakfast
not small rooms, clean
wireless-lan at several places within building, working quite well.
some people (but rather not the bosses) friendly, and doing their best, even if knowing no english.
negative:
double rooms were with separate beds. but i was told about it after booking.
personell speaking no or little english.

The *** Gostinniy Dvor I stayed at in October was much better, cleaner and friendlier.
The breakfast was being served and I even got a breakfast to take away because I had to leaver early.I can recommend the Gostinniy Dvor, although it is a 30 minute walk away from the city centre.

Dear Ladies and Gentleman
Never again will I stay in the Hotel Lugansk. I cannot recommend this Hotel.
The only advantage is that it is in the centre of LuganskThe reasons:
- The room I had was icy – I had to sleep in winter clothes
(long underwear, Pyjama and Pullover) which should not be necessary
- There was just a self service breakfast in an unfriendly decorated room available.
- I had to ask for the room maid because my room was not cleaned by 3pm.
She just gave me fresh towels an left again.
No cleaning of the bathroom. No rearranging of the bed.
I had to get her a second time to make up my bed.
This Hotel calls itself a **** if I am not mistaken.The *** Gostinniy Dvor I stayed at in October was much better, cleaner and friendlier.

Hotel was very modern and clean. Breakfast was nice and good waitress service. Restaurant was pricey but tasty. Would reccomend staying at this hotel.

Please find my views on this Hotel!
Which i would be happy to stay at again, and i will when i next go to Kherson :-)
Staff- Excellent service, and always willing to help
Food & Restaurant- First class, if you want a quality inexpensive meal, go no further than your Hotel restaurant
Position of Hotel- 1 minutes walk to the main street in Kherson, and to the main Reifessen bank, but quiet enough to avoid the noise and traffic of a main street.
Hotel rooms- Although this hotel is classed as a 3* it would compare easily against any European 4* hotels, and maybe because of the service a little better than most 4* as the hotel is only small, maybe 24 rooms i think, it is able to provide guests with a very good level of service.
The rooms are quite spacious, and one of the best things when you travel, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom was finished to a high standard. And the internet was free,
SO! if anyone is travelling to Kherson and needs or prefers a very good hotel, while not being expensive? Then go to the Diligence!

And to Genya? The Catering manageress, sorry if i spelt it incorrect, but this lady made sure that everyone had a FANTASTIC party on New Yers Eve!!!!!!!!!!

Ok i have stayed at this Hotel before in April 2009 where i found it to be quite pleasent. One thing that people have to understand is that the Hotels in most parts of the Ukraine are below standard of European Hotels. However please read my points below. So! Will i be going back to the Hotel Kontinent- YES!
Why- Because it better than all the other hotels, and it is perfectly located, next to McDonalds and ideally on the main street!
Is it expensive? Not by European standards NO!
Is it good value for money? Well its ok in Nikolaev as the others are totally RUBBISH.Then thank you to your company, i will be using you again!!!!! Probably in 2 months?
